​Ryan Yasunari is Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Envision. Prior to founding Envision, Ryan held a wide range of recruitment directorship and management positions throughout his nearly two-decade long talent acquisition career in Tokyo, most recently serving as Head of Talent Acquisition at Tokyo American Club and Director at Tiglon Partners. A native of Hawaii, Ryan enjoys surfing, golfing, and promoting US-Japan relations.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in travel industry management from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
