As a HR Business Partner, you will manage human resource activities for the Tokyo office. You will design and implement hiring strategies, processes, and initiatives, and will address and resolve complex HR inquiries. Typically, you will be responsible for a specific group of employees.

  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and escalate to senior team members as appropriate

  • Implement efficient HR processes including compensation, performance management, and career development

  • Share leading HR practices and mentor team members

  • Provide detailed reporting and analysis on salaries, headcount, and hiring budgets

  • Assist with organizational restructuring and other key HR business initiatives

Requirements 応募要件

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR with prior generalist experience including managing employee relations and performance management processes

  • Excellent knowledge of HR law and practices

  • Project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) certification preferred but not required

  • Education requirement: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; Master's degree preferred

  • Language requirement: English (business level) and Japanese (native level)

  • Experience with working in an English speaking environment

  • 5年以上の人事経験と、社内広報や業務評価プロセスの管理など、ジェネラリストの経験

  • 労働法および実務に関する優れた知識

  • 複数のプロジェクトを同時進行することができる管理スキル

  • 細部への注意力

  • Society for Human Resource Management(SHRM)認定が望ましいが必須ではない

  • 必要学歴:大卒または同等の実務経験。修士号が望ましい

  • 必要言語:英語(ビジネスレベル)および日本語(ネイティブレベル)

  • 英語使用環境での実務経験
